“Coaching with Nicole has been the most impactful professional development opportunity in my career.”
— Director, CollegeTrack
This work is designed for those who are operating at a high level - or are stepping into it - and crave greater intentionality, sustainability, and impact in the way they lead, decide, and take action.
Who This Is For
I coach leaders across sectors - from corporate and entrepreneurial environments to nonprofit and public systems including:
Senior leaders, executives, or directors of large organizations
Mid-career professionals stepping into greater leadership roles
Founders and entrepreneurs building and scaling ventures
Leaders in nonprofit and public systems navigating complex change
What connects them is not where they work, but how they lead -
thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a desire to leverage their inherent strengths and develop new capacities to grow into their next level of impact.
“Nicole and I have been on a professional development journey that has not only strengthened my skills at work, but has supported how I show up in my personal life. She has an unwavering belief in me and my abilities, and more importantly, she is so tactful at knowing which questions to ask me. Through her questioning and “noticings,” I am able to find the solution and/or determine next steps to move forward.
When I enter our sessions I have so many topics I want to address and my heart is full of doubt. However, when our session is over the noise has simmered and there’s so much clarity on what I need to do and how to take care of myself, so I can show up for my team and do my best work.”

Work With Me
What I bring to this work:
MA/PhD in Developmental Psychology, Cornell University
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC)
Executive Education Faculty, the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School
Expertise in systems thinking + human-centered design
We co-design the coaching relationship. Because no two leaders - or contexts - are the same, each engagement is tailored to you and the challenges you’re navigating.
You can expect both thoughtful support and being meaningfully challenged - paired with clear accountability -so that insights are translated into real, sustained change.
With over two decades of experience studying how people grow, lead, and change—within complex systems—I bring a depth of curiosity and rigor that helps uncover what’s getting in the way and what’s possible next.
Coaching is available via zoom, by phone, or in-person
“Nicole is absolutely wonderful. I was lucky enough to do a series of coaching sessions with her, and every time I walked away feeling more in control, empowered and just more 'centered'. She is an incredible listener, and so good at getting you to see both the good and bad patterns in how you function professionally. She pushes you, but always with so much gentleness and compassion.”
- Faculty of Psychology, Higher Education
“Had someone told me that working with a coach would be this illuminating, this empowering, and actually this fun, I likely wouldn’t have believed them.
But after working with Nicole, specifically through processes using embodiment and identifying values, I have a clearer understanding of myself, from which I can make more sound decisions.
Yes, it’s hard work. But like any work, your team matters. You want Nicole on your team.”
